Founders were building great products, growing fast, and still undercharging. Not because they didn't care about pricing. Because the advice they were getting was vague, too late, or missing entirely. And the gap between the value they created and the revenue they captured was costing them — in margins, in momentum, and in confidence.
Before HelloAdvisr, I held leadership roles at LG Electronics and Simon-Kucher, the leading global pricing consultancy, advising Fortune 500 companies and large corporates on pricing strategy and revenue growth. I saw what a real pricing system could do at scale. Then I started working with founders and realised almost none of them had access to that kind of thinking.
So I built HelloAdvisr to change that. And I built the Pricing Multiplier System™ to give founders a repeatable way to price with conviction — not anxiety.
Today we've advised venture-backed companies across 12 industries, from pre-seed through Series D, across the globe. I teach at Oxford, UCLA, and Loyola Marymount. I host the Margin for Error podcast and write the Margin for Growth newsletter.
