Ed helps entrepreneurs and business owners win the one competitive advantage most never close: the trust gap hiding in their pricing.
Selected Speaking & Engagement History
Each talk is built around a single, uncomfortable truth about how businesses price, and what to do instead. These are not academic frameworks. They are working systems.
Most companies believe they have a pricing problem. They are right. But the root cause is not math, market data, or competitive pressure. It is a trust gap. Ed walks through why buyers stall, negotiate hard, or walk away, and how closing the trust gap changes everything about your pricing strategy.
Pricing is the highest-leverage financial variable in any business, yet most companies treat it as an afterthought. Ed introduces the five-step Pricing Multiplier System built from real work with companies now valued at more than $1.4 billion, and shows how it turns pricing from a cost conversation into a growth engine.
Every discount is a signal. It tells the market that your original price was not real, and that confidence in your value is negotiable. Ed explores the psychology of discounting, why it erodes brand equity faster than any competitor can, and what it means to price like a company that never has to justify itself.
The difference between businesses that grow and those that grind is rarely product quality. It is pricing architecture. Ed draws on consulting work with companies across platform, technology, retail, and B2B to show entrepreneurs and business owners exactly where pricing breaks down, and the systems that fix it.
When the future is accelerating at lightening speed, people do not reach for the cheapest option. They reach for and pay for what they trust most
