How nDexio OnDemand works
WHAT TO EXPECT
nDexio OnDemand is a digital engagement using our pricing platform and guided by our experts each step of the way. Using our interactive online tools and platform, our team will communicate and engage with you to complete your request. Most requests will take 1 to 2 weeks to complete, but more complex requests will take longer.
PHASE 1: ONBOARDING & ASSESSMENT
Gain access to nDexio to kick off the engagement process, and submit your first Request. We’ll work with you to refine your initial request into a personalized Summary Statement by collecting additional details through a quick screening questionnaire to identify the core of your company’s needs.
PHASE 2: SOLUTION BUILDING
Work through a series of customized modules and exercises, which are selected and designed based on your Summary Statement. Exercises on nDexio will help you collect inputs, your expert insights, and other materials that will build the foundation for your request solution. Our team will analyze your inputs, help you understand the exercise frameworks used, and provide feedback and guidance on your progress.
PHASE 3: DELIVERY
Receive a tailored recommendation report, assembled by our team, that considers your request, input collection, and our analysis of your progress. In this report we’ll dive deeper than our initial summary to identify potential gaps and relevant risks that your company can take action to close and suggested next steps to take your current progress even further on nDexio.
PHASE 4: CONTINUED MANAGEMENT
Invite your team to continue managing your pricing decision and collaborating on improvement opportunities with extended access to nDexio after your Request has been completed. As you develop your pricing on nDexio, your nDexio OnDemand request, progress, and exercises will be saved to your management board for your future reference.

FAQ
How do requests work?
Requests are the important pricing, monetization, and go-to-market questions your business needs solutions and guidance on. These requests can range from setting a new product price, setting up an A/B pricing test, to guidance on pricing your product in a new international market. Each request is unique and worked on one-at-a-time. As a part of each nDexio OnDemand request, we work with you on refining your company need before we dive into our assessments and recommendations.
What if my request is complicated?
Complicated requests also work on nDexio OnDemand. More complex requests will require a longer time than to work through compared to our 1 to 2 week standard time for delivery. If you are unsure if your request is appropriate for nDexio OnDemand, send us a message at contact@helloadvisr.com and we would be happy to help you determine your fit!
Is there a limit to the number of requests I can submit at once?
Only one request will be worked on at a time. If you submit multiple requests, then the one submitted first will be the first worked on. For this reason, we suggest that you submit only your top, most pressing requests.
What is the time commitment I should expect to make on nDexio OnDemand?
nDexio OnDemand is a 10 hour minimum weekly commitment. A typical schedule includes, but is not limited to, responding and completing custom modules on our platform created for your request, replying to questions on our messaging platform and reviewing our expert reviews, summaries, reports, and action items created for you.
Do I have access to the nDexio platform after my requests are complete?
Yes. After you complete your request, your company will retain access to nDexio to continue managing your pricing and working on improvement opportunities.
What if my start-up is located outside of the U.S.?
nDexio OnDemand was created so start-ups around the world can get access to pricing experts and support. The team behind nDexio OnDemand has global experience working with companies on pricing in North America, Europe, South America and Asia.
